Wende Museum

The Wende Museum is a museum located in Culver City, California that is dedicated to preserving and presenting the history and culture of the Cold War period. The museum was founded in 2002 and is named after the "Wende," the German word for the period of change that marked the collapse of the Soviet Union and the reunification of Germany.

 

The museum's collection includes more than 70,000 objects, including photographs, art, film, and other cultural artifacts from the Cold War period. It also hosts exhibitions, lectures, and educational programs that explore the history and legacy of the Cold War.

 

The Museum hosts family programs every month.
