Aquarium Of The Pacific

Come nose-to-nose with fearsome-looking sand tiger sharks, zebra sharks, and even a hungry hammerhead! Your tickets also include entry to the state-of-the-art Pacific Visions building, featuring a 4D cinema experience taken to the next level. Meet more than 500 species of marine life – and over 12,000 animals with these top Aquarium of the Pacific tickets, and deep-dive into the science of marine biology and oceanic conservation.

 

You’ll be drowning in things to do. Watch playful sea lions and languid seals having a swimmingly good time together. Learn more about the American wetlands at the shorebird sanctuary, where birds of a feather are kept together, away from their noisy parrot neighbors in Lorikeet Forest. Take a trip to the Tropical Pacific Gallery, where stunning seahorses, seadragons, vibrant coral and clownfish will dazzle you.

 

Aquarium of the Pacific focuses on three regions of the Pacific Ocean including Southern California, Baja, the Tropical Pacific, and the Northern Pacific. Be sure to see the seals and sea lions, Japanese spider crabs, tropical reef habitat, the puffins, sea turtles, and the Whales. The shark Lagoon allows children to touch real sharks. The Lorikeet Exhibit is a favorite for the colorful birds and the noise they make.

The aquarium also offers Harbor Tours, 4D film experience, family festivals, a variety of children’s educational programs, sleepovers, and more. (additonal fees may apply) 

 

Birthday Parties

 

The birthday parties include a one-hour classroom program featuring animal touch time, biofact discovery, and a take-home souvenir craft project. The party concludes with an additional 1/2 hour in the classroom for the birthday celebration and a visit from an Aquarium Costume Character.You may bring your own birthday cake. Other food and drink items can be added for an additional cost. All you need to do is call at least two weeks prior to reserve a date (subject to availability) and then invite your guests.

  • SAFETY

    All guests ages two and over are required to wear a mask covering their nose and mouth at all times. The Aquarium requires both vaccinated and unvaccinated guests and staff to wear a mask both indoors and outdoors. 

  • RESERVATION

    Advance reservations are required for everyone. If you already have a ticket or wish to use a coupon, you must make a free online reservation for a specific date and time of your visit. You will be required to present your online reservation along with your ticket. You will be admitted at the time stated on your ticket (not before). Children under age 3 do not require a reservation.
