Experience new interactive Halloween experiences and festival activities at Pumpkin Nights at Fairplex. Pumpkin Nights transport guests into an enchanted world with dazzling, multi-sensory Halloween displays and seven Pumpkin Lands created with more than 3,000 artistically hand-carved real and synthetic pumpkins.
This event features seven immersive Pumpkin Lands, including: Forbidden Pumpkin City, Monster Mash, Great Pumpkin Hall, Maravilla Lane, Pumpkin Pirate Cove, Pumpkin Reef, Enchanted Pumpkin Forest, and the festival area – Pumpkin Central. The Los Angeles Printers Fair at the Printing Museum in Carson is the largest annual celebration of letterpress, book arts, and the paper in the West. With the backdrop of the Museum’s world-famous collection of antique presses, the LA Printers Fair annually brings together 90 artistic vendors and 2,000 visitors to explore the creative worlds of handmade books and printing.
Exhibitors include some of the finest letterpress and printmaking artists in the Southwest and beyond, offering custom posters, prints, hand-printed cards, memorabilia, decorative papers, and antiquarian books for sale. Throughout the Museum’s galleries visitors can also print their own keepsakes on antique letterpresses, have their name cast in printer’s type, make paper by hand, or even screen print their own shirt!

Starting this weekend, you can enjoy the spooktacular Halloween season at Knott’s Spooky Farm, a family-friendly Halloween celebration geared for kids ages 3-11. Little ghouls can trick-or-treat through Ghost Town to collect sweet Halloween treats. Camp Snoopy Theater plays host to the “Monsters are Coming” show where children are encouraged to participate in the daily costume contest and much more.
The Griffith Park Merry-Go-Round will be hosting a Roaring Twenties Speakeasy Party with a Vintage Cirque Sideshow. There will be a talented cast of eccentric performers along with other DJ entertainment and live music by Holy Crow Jazz Band. Other highlights include merry-go-round rides, strolling performers, cirque games, dance exhibitions, and more.
