Free Museum Days For LA Kids in January 2020!

Take advantage of free Museum days, and teach your kids about fascinating exhibits offered for free this month. Among the Museums that offer free days this month are Skirball Cultural Center, Kidspace Children's Museum, California Science Center, La Tar Pits, Natural History Museum, and many more.

Get free museum admission the first Tuesday of every month (January 7, 2020). We recommend reserving tickets in advance to guarantee museum entry and to skip the line, because of high attendance on these days. L.A. County residents receive free Museum admission Monday through Friday from 3 to 5 pm. Bring a valid ID or utility bill the day of your visit. Children 2 and under are always free.

Kidspace Children Museum

The first Tuesday of the month from 4:00 to 8:00pm is Kidspace's Free Family Night. Admission to the museum is free for everyone during these hours only. On this special nights, Kidspace will promote family learning about the arts, while emphasizing the diverse cultures and communities present in Greater Los Angeles. Expect crowds and long admission lines. Themed activities will be facilitated between 4:30 and 7:30pm.

Free admissions are Wednesdays through Sundays from 11 am to 6pm.


Automobile Driving Museum

Automobile Driving Museum offers free days Tuesdays through Sundays from 10 am - 4 pm. Kids will have fun in the kids area playing with cars and tracks, dress-up and mechanic tent. There are two cars that kids are welcome to play in as well being the perfect set-up for a memorable photograph.


Plus the 15th Annual Free-For-All Museum Day is January 25, 2020, and over 40 museums will be offering free admission day to everyone!
