Join FIT4MOM for their signature Stroller Strides class every Tuesday and Thursday! Working out has never been so fun! Join FIT4MOM in front of Nike The Grove for a 45-minute total body workout with your stroller and your baby. This event is free and open to public. COVID-19 safety protocols in place.
