Experience the 49th Annual Bunka-Sai Festival, a cherished Japanese cultural celebration hosted by the Torrance Sister City Association (TSCA). This free two-day event is packed with authentic performances and interactive experiences, all while supporting TSCA’s Student Exchange Program. Immerse yourself in traditional Japanese dance, music, taiko drumming, tea ceremonies, calligraphy, flower arranging, martial arts demonstrations, origami, kimono dressing, and more! Whether you're a longtime fan of Japanese culture or just curious to learn, this festival offers a wonderful opportunity to engage, explore, and enjoy.
